The 'Aint No Other Man' singer and her husband Jordan Bratman allegedly spent $3,000 in Beverly Hills baby boutique Bellini on Saturday (17.02.07) and were overheard excitedly talking about the pregnancy.

A staff member says : "She came in with her husband, and he sat in one of the big chairs and let her do her shopping. They said they don't know what they're having.

"They seemed really excited. She was talking to another customer and said she had taken a home pregnancy test and that it was positive. She kept saying they'd have to come back when they knew the sex of the baby."

The couple are said to have bought a dozen Petit Bateau romper suits at $20 each, several $90 Little Giraffe blankets, a $350 Mia Bossi polka-dot diaper bag and a Peg Perego stroller, and paid in cash.

However, a spokeswoman for Christina has denied she is pregnant or even went to the store.

She said: "It is not true. It's all made up. She was not at Bellini. She was on a plane to Las Vegas for her NBA appearance."
