Britney Spears is out of rehab.

The singer's manager Larry Rudolph says she checked out of Malibu, California's Promises Treatment Center Tuesday March 20. In a statement, he asks that the media respect her privacy, along with that of her family and friends.

Britney Spears began treatment February 22, after shaving her head, getting tiny lips tattooed on her wrist, and attacking a photographer's car with an umbrella.

The singer's troubles began in earnest last November, after she filed for divorce from her husband, Kevin Federline.

The two have joint custody of their 18-month-old son Sean Preston, and his six-month-old brother, Jayden James.
